Big Pink owner buys another Portland building on the cheap (ORLive)

“The Nevada auto magnate — who last year bought Portland’s iconic U.S. Bancorp Tower, also known as Big Pink — has now purchased the 267,000-square-foot Five Oak building from an out-of-town investor for just $10.5 million, public records show.

The sale price represents a 67% decline from when a subsidiary of New York-based DRA Advisors bought the building in 2014 for $31.7 million”
